  IN the year 1968, Shri. H. V. Giri and few other prominent educationists formed an education society in the name of ‘Gosvami Vidyapeeth society’ and got it registered with a complete authority. With the hard work and sincere efforts of this society the school started taking shape and earning a name in the education circle.

The school is affiliated with the central board of secondary education for all India secondary / senior secondary school examination. The first batch of class Xth students of this school appeared in C. B.S.E. exam in the year 1992 and class XIIth batch in the year 1995

The school has consistently shown ascending academic result with some of our students achieving 98% marks in the board examinations and is also a matter of great pride that some of the students have ever been placed in the top category.

These landmarks are made possible with the hardwork of the students and sincere efforts of highly qualified & experienced staff along with co-operation with parents

Sant Giri Rohini has an impressive building comprising of 56 spacious rooms including school office class room science laboratories, computer centre, libraries, clinic, uniform counters, book shop and school canteen.

         With a dream of educating society and a goal of establishing an educational institute to realize those dreams. Sh. H. V. Giri  Ji  started his journey from a small village. He contributed a lot in the field of education for past 45 years. Saint Giri, Rohini is a dream come true of late  Sh. H.V. Giri Ji.

This is note worthy that sprawling in 1.30 acre land this newly constructed building of Saint Giri Sr. Sec., Sector 3 has successfully completed 12 yrs.

HISTORY OF THE SCHOOL

In 1970 Late Shri H.V.Giri with some Prominent educationalists founded the ‘Gosvami Vidyapeeth society’. He had a clear vision that the needs of the modern students have changed, and many students are ready for the challenge and the fresh impetus that can best be provided by a more mature community specializing exclusively in their own age range. To this end, everything we do is specifically geared to the academic, personal and cultural needs of the students. We have started Secondary in year 1992 and Senior Secondary in year 1995 under Central Board of Secondary Education for AISSE.
Saint Giri Sr. Sec School has a strong work ethic.  Its students comprise one of the largest and strongest future of India. Uniquely, our staff contains specialist A-level teachers and we provide a very broad range of academic, creative and vocational subjects to choose from.  We provide closer monitoring and support than is usually found in public schools through an exceptionally rigorous weekly system of assessment, grading and feedback. Our consistent ascending academic result provides strong support to the statement. Today our students are achieving 98% marks in the board examinations and that’s matter of great pride.
We provide a “complete” and “broad” education to educatees and we put a great deal of emphasis on their personal development.  We encourage them to develop their talents and skills in a wide range of extra-curricular activities, and we promote them to respond to challenge, to think for themselves, and to find the right balance between work and play. To fulfill it, Saint Giri Rohini has an impressive infrastructure in 1.30 acres land comprising of 56 spacious rooms, well-equipped science laboratories, computer Laboratory and library along with sports facilities.

Our school owes its foundation to profound vision and high spirit of Shri H.V.Giri with an aim & concern to provide quality education to the children of each section of the society. He started his journey from a small village. His significant contributions for the past 45 years earned him a position as-‘Man with a Vision’.
